Meditation is an incredibly powerful practice which helps to regulate your nervous system and bring you back into alignment, both physically, spiritually and emotionally.
In this episode, Dustin shares a beautiful 5 minute meditation, focusing on a pure breath. As you breathe with smooth inhales and lengthed exhales in a continuous cycle, observe how your physical body and nervous system also begin to calm, slow and soften.
If your mind innocently wanders off, simply come back to your pure breath and notice your awareness begin to dawn.
