ಶರೀರೇ ಕರ್ಮಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಂ
ಅನಾಲಸ್ಯಂ ಚ ಕರ್ಮಸು|
ಸ್ವತಃ ಸ್ವೇದೋಗಮಃ ಕಾಲೇ
ಸ್ವಸ್ಥತಾಂ ಲಕ್ಷಯಂತಿ ಹಿ ||

Dehe Sarvatra Chausnasya Samata Laaghavam Sukham |
Shut Tikshna Gadh Nidra Ch Mansoapi Prasantaa ||
Shareere Karmasamarthyam Analasya Cha Karmasu |
Svata Svedo Gam Kalle Swasthya Lakshanti Hi ||
