There’s two concepts that drive my passion for learning about and helping people implement the ‘Keto’ life style, and those are:
1. In order to be healthy in a progressively unhealthy world we need to think and act differently, and2. In order help people regain their health ( weight loss in this instance) one needs to look where where others haven’t looked in order to see, to understand, what others haven’t seen or don’t see. My point is that things have become more complicated today in terms understanding obesity and weight loss than it was 50 - 100 years ago. Today’s podcast is about that, looking at health parameters - basic and  esoteric - to understand what has been difficult to know previously.
