We believe a lot of mental health challenges has a lot to do with how we show up in the world on a daily basis. Do we know our purpose? Who we really are, what we are on this earth for. I think we spend so much time and effort concerned about what others think of us and less about what do I think of myself and pursuing what am I suppose to be doing with my life.
