Coach Jimmy Dean Freeman has finished some of the most iconic and challenging races in the world including the Badwater 135, the Western States 100, Comrades in South Africa, the Boston Marathon, the Leadville 100 Mile run, and many many more.

In this episode, Jimmy continues to talk about his experience at Badwater, the art of setting up long-term aspirational goals and working towards them. Jimmy is a finisher of over 200 races, including 20+ 100 mile (160km) or longer events, in addition to being a long-distance (marathon and further) running coach for the past 20 years for over 2,000+ athletes.In his coaching business, Coyote Running, he's led more than a thousand athletes to run further, faster, and happier over the past 12+ years, where he focuses on quality over quantity, time over miles, and helping people strengthen their mental game. His passion is helping people break through self-imposed glass ceilings and find the joy and social connection running can provide.
