- Uncover the reason why you don’t trust yourself.
- Start to move through and release any reasons that you don’t trust yourself.
- Shift your focus to yourself. Get to know yourself and let go of other peoples opinions.
- Each day write down all the ways in which you trusted yourself.
- Journal: What would life look and feel like if I trusted myself?
- Start slow - make small decisions and take small actions that show yourself you trust yourself.
