In this episode, I talk to Shrinidhi Urala. Shrinidhi is one of the brains behind the CyclingBrainRacing team, an upcoming strong racing team from Bangalore. Shrinidhi finished 3rd in Karnataka state national selections race and got to the Nationals 2023. In this episode Shrinidhi shares his cycling journey from doing fun rides in Udipi on his sister's bike to racing at the nationals. We talk about the importance of coaching, having a team to support you and the difference it could make in one's journey. It was a lovely conversation with a hardworking working athlete. Who is a working athlete? Someone working fulltime/part-time, entrepreneur or anyone who has to work to make ends meet and doesn't let being busy to stop him/her from pursuing an active lifestyle is a working athlete. I consider stay at home moms/dads who pursue a sport, as working athletes because homemaking is a full-time job.
