He talks about his mentor who was a MSgt who spoke highly of the duty. Recruiting Duty can be very different when you are exposed to positive stories. Unfortunately we tend to only hear the horror stories. That's why I am here. I want to share both sides of the story. Lets find a way to be better through a duty like this. Let's talk about the change and positive outlooks. It can't all be bad. Let's make this a place of growth and prosperity. Let's make being an 8411 mean something. Be proud to wear that ribbon and talk about the good times. Let's change the stigma and make it a place people want to return to.
