I’m going to share with you a 7 day protocol that you would repeat weekly to lose 1 pound of fat per day.

No, you don’t have to suffer.

No, you don’t have to even count calories.

No, you don’t have to rely on willpower.

In fact, this will be easy.

The first step is an optimal eating window, and fasting window.

I understand that asking you to practice fasting may sound like me telling you to hold your breath for 10 minutes, but allow me to simplify this for you!

You have hundreds of hormones inside your body. Hormones are chemical messengers. Some hormones activate fat burning, some hormones help with energy, some hormones help with longevity, but ONLY ONE HORMONE causes fat storage (and shuts off fat burning).

This hormone is called insulin. Insulin is an energy sensor (amongst other things), and when you activate the insulin troops, your fat burning hormones are GONE. Insulin is the bully of the block.

You might be wondering, “How do you lower insulin?”

Great question!

Intermittent fasting!

18/6 daily fasting schedule, but the key is to eat between 8am-2pm (3 meals)

Tuesday - Sunday (18/6 schedule) 8am - 2pm) with 3 meals. We will discuss what you are eating next.

Sunday - Monday 24 hour fast 2pm - 2pm

The next step is to do this once per week.

One day per week throw in a 24 hour fast…

Sunday you are done eating at 2pm, Monday go until 2pm.

Get in cardio during your 24 hour fast.
