Happy New Year!

2024 is here, and I couldn't think of anyone more qualified to start our year off than another conversation with Connie Waters. Connie shared her knowledge and wisdom about nutrition, the Word of God, and the power of living our best lives.  We were introduced to Connie in Episode 81: Healing from the Inside Out. We continue the conversation about our health and how our beliefs align us with the nutrition, healing, and wisdom given to us. Start the new year with a better perspective on how to use food, and change our perspective to connect with our measure of faith in nutrition and health so that we move toward better decisions to increase our level of health. We discussed the Daniel Fast—the time spent away from food and concentrating on time with God. This time of dedication separated us and renewed our perspective on our relationship with God.
