Practice Now: How to Stop Going to War with Yourself

Tara Stiles

03-08-2022 • 23 mins

When you hold extra tension, when you essentially "go to war" with yourself, things don't work out. Tai Chi shows us you can physically do something to create peace with yourself, and make things better. Enjoy this practice of dropping tension, finding a good body position, connecting your breath and body together, and creating sustainable ease that carries you through your whole day.

The goal here is simply, to help you feel better. When we feel better, we do better, and everything is better. Our wellbeing is connected. Leave me a voice message to be featured on the show.
