When you hold extra tension, when you essentially "go to war" with yourself, things don't work out. Tai Chi shows us you can physically do something to create peace with yourself, and make things better. Enjoy this practice of dropping tension, finding a good body position, connecting your breath and body together, and creating sustainable ease that carries you through your whole day.
