Welcome to S2 episode 11! This is part two to last weeks episode on all things 504 plans for kids with IBD. This week we discuss what to include in a 504 plan to help you make sure you don't miss any small details! We also go over the do's and don'ts of what to do with the 504 plan. These two episodes should help get you organized and on track for your child's school year! We are family friendly and want our audience to be involved!
