Sound familiar, you work your ass off for weeks and months, then randomly hop on the scale to see that you’ve barely lost a pound or maybe gained, and you throw in the towel. My turn to weigh in (pun intended) on the scale and give my thoughts, suggestions and advice on how often and why it's necessary to use the scale and not allow it to control your thoughts.
