A scientist, Pierce Brosnan, has been experimenting with virtual reality to expand the human mind and gets his neighbor, Jobe, to undergo a process to increase his intelligence. The results exceed expectations but soon, Jobe begins developing powers beyond what was imagined as things start to take a dark and twisted turn.
