We all make New Year's resolutions that we don't often keep. The reason is that we are sabotaging ourselves based on internal conscious motivators that work against our transformation to change. In this episode, Regina shares the problem with change and gives practical tips you can use to help you identify and achieve the change you want.

  • We blame change on lack of motivation or discipline
  • We all want to transform but we don't really want to change
  • Two factors that prevent change
  • It's easier to return back to what we're comfortable with
  • We are unaware of the internal conscious motivators that are working against the transformation to change
  • Regina shares her change transformation when it came to running a 5K
  • You have to identify the change you are going after; ask why is this transformation important to you
  • Ask yourself "What am I doing or NOT doing that works against my change goals?"
  • Play a WHAT IF game: As "What would happen if you did or didn't do those behaviors?"
  • GENIUS TIP: Be sure the change goal you set is within your control
