Keirn talks about being figuratively slapped across with face with a privilege often overlooked. He shares how that experience helped him to be more aware of issues affecting Black people, for the sake of this episode, Black women and more specifically dark skinned Black women. He touches on the legendary Nina Simone's work, Four Women and how relevant it is when discussing Black women.
