Since the New Year I've been feeling that I'm underperforming and berating myself for it...... As it turns out for no good reason. On reflection I found that I'd actually underestimated my output and that my focus was a little skewed! I'd been measuring my output and not the substance of my productivity. I get it – the unsustainable pressure to excel and prove ourselves - but it's unhealthy.
