I've been on a mini sabbatical by taking time off to listen and to gather my thinking. There's a lot going on!  What I've come to, is a conversation that I think is so important to share with you as we head into the election season. No matter what happens, it's our time to stand up and make a difference. I will share knowledge sentiments and thoughts on what next steps look like for women in power. I will pull on today's trends to enhance our personal expression by using examples of powerful women and men who are taking and have taken a stand to transform our country.
