In this episode, Dr. Nidhi Gupta explores the idea of who might benefit from learning more about digital wellness. While this idea is typically thought to be applicable to teenagers, she dares to question the status quo.

Dr. Gupta presents compelling testimonials from professionals, teachers and students who have transformed their lives after attending ReConnect, a 3-hour seminar curated and led by Dr. Nidhi Gupta.

1. How is digital wellbeing linked to professional efficiency?

2. Are teenagers to be blamed for their excessive phone use; or are they modelling their parents’ behavior?

3. Students are resistant to this messaging…only until they hear it at least once.
