There is a point in our lives when everything appears to be going wrong for us! We believe we've lost control over several areas of our daily routine. We appear to be vulnerable, which makes us feel uneasy to a large extent.
We all know that death and the loss of loved ones are unavoidable parts of life. We still don't know how to cope with loss, let alone how to grieve! We tell ourselves lies to protect ourselves from that vulnerability. We attempt to find methods to avoid having to deal with our feelings. Accepting our emotions and healthily dealing with sadness must be prioritised.
We have a distinguished guest on this episode. Ms Veena Panjwani is a psychologist and clinical hypnotherapist. We've spoken about how to deal with loss and our fear of being vulnerable. She shared several tales of young individuals, children, and adults and how they cope with grief.
