Films have always been an important component of human culture. Movies are both a tremendous source of enjoyment and a mirror through which we may reflect as a culture. Using the medium of film to create magic is a skill. Watching movies and appreciating their complexities, on the other hand, necessitates a different talent.
We all watch movies regularly, and we all favour different genres. We also have really brilliant individuals creating movies. However, watching a film and comparing its scenes to those in other films, or identifying connections between crafts done by various producers, is a genuinely impressive skill.
So, on this episode of All Fingers and Thumbs, we have a guest who is a cinephile, a blogger, and now an Instagram content creator. His username is Pankaj Sachdeva, and he runs the wonderful @readingfilms page. He compares and contrasts numerous sequences from various films.
He attempts to depict a few common but crucial features of films by many directors. He even authored a book called Dil Chahta Hai on the film. He is a genuine cinephile, and we hope that you all have the opportunity to watch and/or listen to our most recent episode. Keep an eye on our page for further information.
