Last year I turned 50, and while I’m not planning to retire anytime soon, with the pages turning on the calendar a little more rapidly these days it is certainly a little more top of mind.

In my 22 years in the industry I’ve known a few agents who’ve been able to do it pretty well, and many more who really didn’t.
