In today's episode, I'll be talking about a holistic approach to healing and recovery.

Personally, I believe optimum health is most attainable when your mind, body, and spirit are in good conditions and in alignment with each other and with the divine. This balance is more readily achieved through a holistic approach, which is healing that addresses the whole person. It is beyond healing the body, we have to consciously heal mind and the spirit.

A holistic approach is more about living right that seeking cure and sticking to nature guarantees good health but building and maintaining immunity to this bacterias and viruses. Our cells are also strong enough to fight them off when they attempt to intrude, it's also beyond surface level healing, it's about surfing through the depth of your emotions and feelings so that we can Love unconditionally.

In my experience an organic diet is our best bet because what we eat directly affect our mental health and eventually our overall well being.

How smart nature is for putting our Medicine inside the food which means you can consume organic natural produces however you want it.

Everything man needed for his survival is in nature. She's so smart that she put the medicine in the food and drinks she provided us with.

Even further, How do we maintain a physical, mental and spiritual health no matter what life throws at us?

The first approach is Healthy eating.

  • Exercise regularly
  • Be mindful of your daily habits i.e. what we watch, and listen to, the type of contents we consume on social media, the type of people we listen to, how often we exercise our body and mind.
  • Meditation is another approach because we don't really heal, we simply let go and that's all meditation is, letting go of the monkey mind and connecting with the centre of our being, reconnecting with our true nature and our spirit. Finding inner peace in the midst of chaos. Listening and communing with the divine, Loving and being Loved!
  • PRAYER! PRAYER!! PRAYER!!! One thing I know is that Prayer works.

In conclusion:In order to heal completely, a holistic approach is best, it is an approach that attempts to heal the body, mind and spirit and guarantee a life of divine health in all aspects of our being. Embrace natural and organic medications more as I believe that was the initial plan for man's survival and growth. And to maintain our health and wellbeing, we should eat healthy i.e eat more organic foods, eat fiber rich foods, leverage antioxidants and stay hydrated. We should also be aware of our daily habits, i.e what we eat, what we watch, contents we consume on social media and our engagement in regular exercises.Meditation, Prayer and Mindfulness are habits we should develop to maintain a healthy and Purposeful life.
