You may remember Penny's episode from last season called "Habits of Happiness", named after her signature program.
Penny has been involved in the health care field for over 40 years. She's a beloved massage therapist in Portland, OR, and an EFT Practitioner. Her work is client-centered because she knows how unhelpful and even damaging it is to not be heard, or have your feelings dismissed. She tries to be as much coach and cheerleader as therapist, empowering clients to discover what works for them on their journey towards healing; and to encourage clients take a journey of unfoldment beyond just the cessation of their pain.
In this episode she and Amber talk a lot about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or tapping. It's a healing method we're starting to hear more about, but it's still pretty misunderstood.
