Sha Hualing tricks Shen Qingqiu into drinking Luo Binghe’s blood so that he can be used as a human vessel to offset Luo Binghe’s demonic qi. Luo Binghe brings him to the huan hua palace, where he has become the sect ruler. But to Shen Qingqiu’s surprise, he finds out that during the past 5 years he was dead, Luo Binghe has taken no wives for his harem. In fact, when Luo Binghe begins to forcefully kiss Shen Qingqiu in the dream realm, he finds out that Luo Binghe has actually become gay?? The dream realm is broken when Liu Qingge arrives to break into the huan hua pavilion. Everyone is horrified to find out that Luo Binghe has kept Shen Qingqiu’s corpse with him doing who-knows-what, and Shen Qingqiu helps Liu Qingge steal the corpse away.
