Mansi’s day revolves around project management and client interactions. The tool that helps her keep everything in check is Trello.

• Expectation v/s reality: Mansi shares how in college, she was taught programming languages like Python and SQL and was under the impression that these would dominate her job responsibilities. However, she quickly discovered that real-world tasks leaned more towards client interaction and project management rather than heavy technical work.

• Challenges in project management: One of the significant challenges Mansi faces is managing client expectations and assessing project feasibility. Often, clients have certain requirements that may not always be feasible. This necessitates a lot of research (R&D) and close coordination with the development team to determine what can or cannot be done.

• All things Trello: According to Mansi, Whether it’s for personal or professional use, Trello’s features make task management straightforward and engaging. Through a screenshare, she shows how creating workspaces and using templates can simplify even complex projects by breaking them down into manageable parts. She also shows how Trello helps her prioritize tasks using boards, cards, and checklists.
