A synthesis of all of these ideas is today's Eila Enterprises. The desire to turn these dreams into reality. The courage to fantasize about these things propelled her on an entrepreneurial journey.  Imagine a pencil made of Old Newspaper actually water resistant. Yes, they are real and available.

Eila Enterprises produces pencils made out of waste paper waste, they distributed 1 lakh of pencils till now. Nearly 40,000 thousand are saved by upcycling waste papers! They are also adding seeds to the end tip of the pencil so once it has completed its purpose it can be used to grow plants.  They mostly use manual power in the production mostly rural women, which makes it use less electricity and water in the process.
