After growing up in the family restaurant, Palisa Anderson (Chat Thai, Boon Café and Jarern Chai Grocer, Boon Luck Farm) ventured overseas for a career far from hospitality. But after starting her own family, she returned to the fold and set up a farm to grow the ingredients vital to Thai cuisine. The impact has not only transformed the offering in her restaurants, but given her a greater connection to food too.
