She explains how equality in the workplace is a major contributing factor to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

According to a Deloitte’s 2022 Women at Work study, 59% of women in the world deal with non-inclusive behavior at work.  This is a number that has increased since 2021 (52%). Derogatory remarks about their gender, unwanted physical contact, and undesirable comments about their physical appearance, gender, race are examples of the non-inclusive workplace-related behavior respondents face daily.

Hannah wants to create a better work environment for the next generation of leaders, her children.
