- Claim your space.
- Do a little something in the space of time that you have with people you trust.
- Find a way to create.
- Keep your art and yourself as a priority.
- "You are going to make a tremendous amount of trash." Give away the idea of perfection.

- Be open to reapproaching the creativity that feeds you. Voice can travel through media.
