40. Hiply Practice and Tools - taking your Mind to the Gym with Mama Hiply

Today we’ll be doing something a little bit different. We will be learning some new hiply tools and practicing Hiply - specifically practicing Hiply HiFi - which is like taking your mind to the gym. I call it Hifi - Hi fidelity, high vibration, raise your energy and vibration. It’s a fun and easy form of meditation I created based on proven meditation, visualization, manifestation and mind training techniques. Because why not make it fun and easy, what if it doesn’t have to be so hard.

Did you know that according to a survey by the American Psychology Association 60% of people believe that self improvement is too hard? And did you know that 97% of our thoughts and reactions are subconscious?

This means that almost all of our thoughts and reactions are not under our conscious control. This can be both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, it means that we are not constantly bombarded with the need to make decisions, we run on auto pilot. On the other hand, it means that we can be easily influenced by our subconscious biases and fears.

If you want to understand yourself better and make more conscious choices, it's important to be aware of your subconscious. How do we do that?
First it helps to pay attention to your thoughts and feelings.
Notice how you react to different situations. Try and identify any patterns in your thoughts and behaviors. Once you have awareness you can start questioning some of your thoughts and reactions. Is this really mine? Where did this thought come from?

Breathe out Tar

Hiply Joy Jingle - to check in and regulate and train your nervous system and rewire your brain and subconscious to Hiply.
Set an alarm on your phone (3 times a day) - check in with your body, mind, feelings, vibrations - do the 3 breath mini meditation if necessary. Teach your nervous system that you are safe.

This is how we train our subconscious thoughts. What is conscious and trained becomes automatic.
