Tonight marked our 50th Episode! It also marked our wrap up of November's theme: Vegan Restaurants & Chefs. For this 50th Episode we were blessed to have Chris aka Vegan Trap Lord, owner of Vegetarian Delight Juice Bar. We spoke on the state of Veganism 8 years ago before it became trendy in America to the evolution of creative ethnic vegan dishes now in high demand. Vegetarian Delight has quite a few ethnic dishes on their menu to say the least. Mac & Cheese, Veggie Lo mein, Oxtail, Ribs, Spicy Shrimp, Curry Goat, Curry Chickpeas are just some of the items on their plant based menu.
