In my last episode, Stained-glass Windows, we observed our own stained-glass windows and explored ways to recognize and find appreciation and value for the contrast within and move past our fragmented beliefs about ourselves as we embrace the wholeness of our stained-glass windows. This next series goes a little deeper, into the Roots of beliefs and healing through generations. Everyone has heard of Ancestry.com, finding ancestors and the origins of where they might have lived. There is something about discovering more about ourselves, makes us feel closer to something we have lost touch with for generations. And it is important to remember that our ancestors are still with and living through us, in our DNA When we choose to heal deeper parts of ourselves ~ working from the inside out~ we are also healing our lineage of past, present and future. My next guest, Marybelle Harris, has done just that.
