This week we discuss the importance of taking a rest from our work. God showed us how important this is when He took time off for Himself after creating the Universe. If he can take the time, certainly we can too!

Research and studies have shown that by getting the proper rest, that we are more productive and engaged at work. So we must learn how to shut everything down and re-charge our batteries, just as God has shown us, if we want to be our best.
