The Euthyphro's principle has two opposing notions: Good is good because God determines it is good which could make anything including murder, good according to his interpretation or good is good regardless of Gods interpretation which undermines his omnipotence. Both have tradeoffs and there is no third option. I talk about this dilemma and the illusion of free will because if one thinks humans are independently responsible for their choices, that also undermines our belief in the omnipotence of God.
