121: Bonnie Low-Kramen is one of us. She is our advocate and our friend. For twenty-five years, Bonnie Low-Kramen worked as the personal assistant to Oscar-winner Olympia Dukakis.

Since 2010, Bonnie has been traveling the world teaching and speaking – in 13 countries and 38 states to date. She became a sought-after speaker and author of Be the Ultimate Assistant and Staff Matters. Bonnie is a TEDx speaker and writer for Harvard Business Review. She is a known for her commitment to end workplace bullying and to close the wage gap.

Bonnie holds a BA from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
