In this episode we are talking about how more people everyday are dissatisfied with their jobs and in turn, are not making it a great experience for the customers. Although, there are a lot of great employees still around and some companies are truly working to make a difference, there is a new pandemic present that is all coming from poor customer service.

People are losing hope and they are starting not to care about how they carry themselves in their work setting.
Although, the customer service is something we are covering as a problem to be addressed, the customers  are often times at fault as well.
How did you treat the last waiter?
Did you tip accordingly when you last dined out?
Are you aware that the person who is serving you is doing it so that they can make a living for their family that have just as much worth as your?

These are questions I have to ask myself.
