- How much does being aligned to those values mean to you?
- How does it feel when those values are misaligned with your own?
- What’s the most impactful piece of feedback that you have ever received in the workplace?
- How long did it take to sink in, and what difference did it make to you as a leader?
- When was the last time you provided some impactful, constructive and non-judgemental feedback to someone in your team?
- How equipped do you feel to give feedback in an appropriate way to others and what damage do you think it can do, when it isn’t done well?
- How could you adopt a mentoring mindset to support your team?
