- How do you ensure you don’t get pulled down into the weeds, in the moment, and focus on what’s next?
- Who are the people that have helped you when you’ve needed it most in your leadership journey?
- What serendipitous moments have you noticed that have helped you progress in your leadership journey?
- How comfortable are you with being uncomfortable?
- What one thing could you do to start pushing your comfort zone to positively grow your leadership?
- What have you achieved now, that on reflection, was really uncomfortable as you started the journey to achieve it?
