On this episode we discussed the topic "when feminist do too much". We think Feminism should go out the window especially in the framework of marriage and relationships. Feminism is the advocacy for gender equality and continues to be a hot and polarizing topic in the Christian Faith and in most religions because the man is seen as the head and leader of the household. This makes the feminine ideology a taboo in a lot of cultures and religious doctrinal beliefs. When the woman takes a back seat, the man (her husband) is able to lead and serve in a way that is honoring to the woman and the family. However for single Women, this rule doesn’t hold. Single women are free to compete and go head to head with men in their everyday life/work space. We talked about the role of culture and the media in influencing the way feminism is viewed. Feminists have been mis-represented in the media as women who hate men and think they are better than men but that is not true.
