A wonderful period coming to an end.

After almost 2 years of hosting this podcast, it is time for me to say goodbye.

I have loved every moment of creating this, and feel so lucky to have had the honor of speaking to the amazing teachers I had the opportunity to speak with.

To wrap up this time I wanted to share the biggest lessons I have learned through this process of creation.

This process has been so meaningful in my life.

I have grown and learned so much, and I hope these words will be a sweet reminder for you to be brave and trust in the guidance of your life.
