Recently, a retired U.S. Army Col. presented a proposal aimed at the prevention of what he termed ‘catastrophic disclosure,' involving the unplanned–and potentially chaotic–disclosure of UAP revelations potentially resulting from the actions of U.S. foreign adversaries.
