We sat down with Jennifer Shappley, LinkedIn's Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, to find out how a company of this size rapidly sources and grows the technical talent it needs. Jennifer has been at LinkedIn for the past three years and prior to that, she led talent acquisition at Express Scripts where she grew the company from 10,000 to over 30,000 employees.
