I didn’t even know I was living my life prioritizing what I thought, believed, imagined, would please other people.

It wasn’t until I began my quest to understand exactly what self-love is, and how to do it, that I began to feel how I’d been hustling to earn, to prove, to receive my value from other people.

The moment I began to love myself in new ways, I saw so clearly that I am the one who knows my value. Our Value is intrinsic. As we know it, everyone around us knows it. Value comes from within and naturally flows from us. We value what we love.
