It’s the late 90’s, March of 1999 to be exact, a 15 year old girl whispers into the home phone, long before every teenager had a mobile phone and a million ways of communicating with the outside world. It’s a private phone call, the girl had been explicitly told not to divulge details of this conversation to anyone. This phone call was tragically the beginning of the end for Rachel Barber.
