Hey love! Today we are talking all about how your Ego is showing! When we are not fully aware of the two versions of ourselves, higher vs ego, its really hard to determine when our ego is showing because it is simply running every day for us. But, when we finally get to a place where we feel aware enough to know the two sides, pointing out your ego will be very easy! You know when yours or someone else ego is showing when they come from a loud, scares place. You can hear the anxiety in their voice, see it in their face. You have to be the one who chooses not too. And this is not to say you will have days where the ego is stronger than others, but this is to say you don't want the ego running the show! Being self aware is one of the most important things you can develop in your life and it will help you with this too. So, if you see yours or someone else ego showing, make sure to call them right out!!!
