Breaking generational trauma is not for everyone. It is hard and lonely but so incredibly worth it. In this episode, I share my own experience with breaking my family trauma. It has been a long journey for me but I am finally in a position where I can feel safe enough to share my story for the first time. My story is my own story so I do recognize this may not be other family member preceptive and for a long time that scared me and made me nervous. Who would say I was lying or making things up? Like this was said in the past but who I am today knows my story is my truth and it's time for me to speak it. So if you are struggling with your generational trauma, just know it's okay to move on from people who are toxic and your truth is validated. My hope is you find this episode relatable and encouraging to your life and you find a way to speak your truth.
