Alexa is not doing so well. Amazon embarked on the dreaded layoff season a couple of weeks back. It's something that most of the other big tech companies have gone through, and it's the Alexa division that has taken one of the worst hits.

In other news, Indian art lovers have found a new guru. Folks at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad or IIMA launched a new index, which is essentially an art index. What it does is that it helps in monitoring how various artists' showpieces perform at auctions and uses that information to map pricing trends in the Indian art market.
