Suzanne is a singer, actress, tv personality and podcaster and in 2001 became a member of the chart topping band "Hear Say". After a 19 year battle with mental health and years of scrutiny in the media Suzanne decided it was her mission on stop living this way and find her "happy". At the start of 2020 Suzanne stopped drinking, changed to a plant based diet and began running all of which she documented online, and had an over whelming response from both her audience and the media. Suzanne went on to create "The Healthy Happy Club" an online community for people to hear and learn more about the benefits of sober living, nutrition, movement and mindfulness.
