On this episode we are joined by two men who have dedicated their lives to the areas of discipleship, culture making and church planting. Paul Seger is the general director of Biblical Ministries Worldwide. He was a missionary in South Africa for 17 years before stepping into the leadership position he now fills. In this interview he shares insights on how to create a culture of discipleship and gives wisdom on living it out on a daily basis. Phil Peterson is our second guest and he is the director of the missions program at Appalachian Bible College. He was a missionary church planter in three European countries before stepping into his role as a professor. He share personal insight on the three main thrusts of our show as well as tremendous insight on how we can teach and instill these principles on others through both formal education and discipleship relationships. You will also be introduced to the book Culture Making: Rediscovering Our Creative Calling by Andy Crouch.
